We are looking for an organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in the Chichester area.

The Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the service, ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating care schedules and rotas to ensure continuity of care
* Managing day-to-day changes, including sickness and short-notice cover
* Communicating effectively with Care Professionals, clients and families
* Supporting the onboarding of new care packages
* Maintaining accurate care records and system updates
* Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery
* Supporting with general office administration and enquiries
About You
* Experience within domiciliary care, ideally in a coordination or senior care role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
* Confident communicator, both over the phone and in person
* A calm, solution-focused approach to problem solving
* Experience using care systems (e.g. scheduling or care planning software) is desirable
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced xxuwjjq environment
* Full UK driving licence preferred
