Due to our company’s continued growth, SHG Engineering is looking for a highly motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our busy head office in Wirral. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking engineering company with exciting nationwide projects.
Accurately process all work reports and timesheets to support payroll and project costing.
Maintain and update project progress, staff scheduling and equipment allocation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office, Excel and tracking systems.
Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred, but additional training will be provided for the right candidate.
Book hotels and travel arrangements for engineers working across the country.
Plan, coordinate and support the deployment of engineering teams to various sites nationwide.
Provide general administrative support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
