RF Test Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled RF Test Engineer to support the development, verification, and deployment of advanced test solutions that enable cutting‑edge aerospace systems.
As an RF Test Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining test capabilities, analysing, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues. You will perform detailed data analysis and produce high‑quality internal and customer‑facing reports and presentations. In addition, you will contribute to the full solution lifecycle, including requirements review, system design, specification development, instrumentation selection, solution implementation, testing, and reporting.
Requirements
* A relevant Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of RF experience, ideally within aerospace, defence, or related high-reliability sectors.
* Strong, hands‑on measurement and diagnostic skills using electronic and RF test equipment at microwave frequencies and above.
* Proven experience developing in LabVIEW and TestStand.
* Excellent technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers.
* Experience within a volume electronics manufacturing environment is beneficial.
* Hands‑on familiarity with serial communication protocols.
Additional requirement: Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.
