As a key member of our senior team, you’ll bring strategic thinking and vision to shape the future of our commercial operations. You’ll be responsible for the design, management and growth of the operational services associated with areas of responsibility and provide key leadership across diverse projects, guiding teams to deliver outstanding performance while identifying new opportunities to enhance value and efficiency. Your insight and expertise will help us be better every day, ensuring our services continue to set the standard within our sector.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate for growth, innovation, and excellence since you’ll lead, develop, manage and inspire a team to ensure Abri’s continued success whilst embodying our values and behaviours.
You will be based out of either our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that’s at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
