Job Description
* Assist in managing live files and support all stages of conveyancing transactions.
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions.
* Prepare reports on title, mortgages, and searches (with supervision).
* Raise and review enquiries on title, contract packs, searches, and surveys.
* Handle administrative tasks including file opening, AML compliance, and post-completion formalities.
* Draft financial statements and invoices.
* Maintain internal and external systems with accurate updates.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience as a paralegal or legal executive in conveyancing is essential.
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
* Confident, commercially aware, and able to work to deadlines using initiative.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
