About the role
We are seeking a supportive and reliable individual to assist a young person in accessing community activities and developing social connections. The role involves providing encouragement, guidance, and practical support to help them participate in clubs and groups, such as football and other recreational activities.
About the Individual
The young person enjoys football, building with Lego, collecting Hot Wheels cars, playing on a Nintendo Switch, and spending time outdoors. They would like to join local clubs and social groups but require assistance to do so.
