Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the successful delivery of HVAC projects, with a strong emphasis on in-house/self-delivery.
* Manage operational performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Support pre-construction activity, including estimating and planning.
* Lead, mentor, and develop site and project teams to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to build strong, long-term relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in delivering mechanical/HVAC services within the building services sector.
* Strong operational management skills, ideally gained from a self-delivery background.
* Ability to manage multiple, varied projects and teams simultaneously.
* Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication skills.
