About Our Client
A well‑established cnot‑for‑profit organisation based in Rugby is seeking an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join them on an initial 3 month fixed‑term contract, with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent role.This is a hands‑on role supporting the organisation during a period of change, with a strong focus on payroll processing and HR systems administration.
Job Description
3. End‑to‑end payroll processing
4. Managing and maintaining HRIS and employee data
5. Supporting managers with system inputs and payroll changes
6. Reviewing and checking payroll and HR data for accuracy
7. Assisting with payroll and HR system updates and implementation
8. Handling basic HR queries including:Annual leaveMaternity and paternityHR policiesRecruitment administration
The Successful Applicant
9. Strong, hands‑on payroll experience
10. Confident user of HR systems / HRIS
11. Experience working with iTrent and/or MHR (highly desirable)
12. Strong attention to detail and confidence handling data
13. Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities
