Main duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be the first port of call for clients wishing to progress a claim with the firm. You will need to deliver a positive client experience, and great first impression of the business. Once those calls are complete, the successful candidate will use guidance, skill and judgment to triage those claims with the support of senior members of the team.
Role Requirements
* Acting as a first point of contact to clients
* Obtaining client details and required information in order to check eligibility for them to pursue a claim
* Making outbound and taking inbound calls from/to clients in order to assist them in beginning their claim
* Dealing with a variety of individuals and present issues, including those who are distressed
* Ensuring claims are processed in a swift and efficient manner by obtaining relevant documentation, and carrying out KYC and AML checks
* Collating data accurately and effectively
* Dealing with incoming emails
* Maintaining communication with all relevant teams
* Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with any enquiries, or sensitive information obtained as part of the role.
* Working closely with the legal team
* Carrying out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team
