The position:
As the Assembly Technician, you will be supporting daily production tasks, focusing on mechanical assembly work that demands focus, care, and consistency. Full training is provided, and you'll be part of a friendly and knowledgeable team where high standards are part of the culture.
What you'll be doing:
Assembling mechanical parts and components using tools and technical guidelines
Checking for quality issues and ensuring parts meet required standards
Troubleshooting and resolving basic build issues
Taking part in process improvements and contributing to a tidy, efficient workspace
Supporting colleagues and helping build team knowledge
What you'll need:
A good eye for detail and steady hands for intricate work
Confidence working with tools and mechanical parts
The ability to follow technical drawings or instructions
A proactive attitude and willingness to support others
Basic computer skills and a team-oriented mindset
What is on offer:
Salary of £24,500 - £26,000 DOE
