Supporting people to live great lives
At Affinity Trust, we empower people to lead meaningful lives on their own terms. As a support worker, you will play a key role in promoting independence and building social connections. Your support will make a real difference in their lives.
Who will I support?
You will be supporting people in their own homes within Irvine.
Every day brings new opportunities to explore interests, from peaceful walks along the beaches and nature reserves to enjoying a trip to the cinema, dancing at a Disco or engaging in their creative hobbies they enjoy at home. Your role is to empower and connect, helping them navigate life with confidence and independence.
You will be available to work a variety of shifts, ranging between 8am - 6pm including mornings, afternoons, early evenings, and alternate weekends.
