As a senior leader within our Operations division, you will drive the execution of innovation, portfolio development, productivity initiatives, and supply chain transformation. What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Define and lead the strategic direction of the NPD programme management function across EMEA.
2. Oversee a broad portfolio of initiatives including innovation launches, promotions, portfolio maintenance and supply chain expansion.
3. Build strong cross-functional relationships across Commercial, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Planning teams.
4. Implement robust governance, reporting, and performance tracking processes that enable continuous improvement.
