We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help lead a large, fast-paced hotel kitchen in central London. You will play a key role in day-to-day kitchen operations, menu execution, staff training, and maintaining high food quality and cost controls. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on chef who enjoys leading teams and delivering consistent, high-quality food.
