This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong HVAC or mechanical background, looking to take full ownership of multiple contracts, drive performance, and build strong client relationships. The Role As FM Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of several hard FM contracts, ensuring service delivery is maintained to the highest standards across all sites.
