This is a unique chance to deepen your expertise across the entire inpatient stroke pathway — from hyperacute and acute care through to rehabilitation and recovery. You’ll be part of a team passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes and ensuring every patient receives truly person‑centred care.
What We’re Looking For:
* A clinician with experience in rehabilitation and person‑centred practice
* Confidence in assessing, treating and supporting discharge planning for patients with complex needs
* Someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and committed to high‑quality care
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
