Key Responsibilities
As Bar Manager, you’ll help deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting smooth daily operations:
7. Support team supervision, training, and scheduling alongside the General Manager
8. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest queries professionally
9. Assist with wine recommendations and product knowledge to enhance the guest experience
10. Oversee stock control, supplier deliveries, and stock rotation
11. Support cash handling, reporting, and cost control procedures
12. Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety regulations
13. Assist with opening and closing procedures and service when required

14. Previous bar or hospitality management/supervisory experience
