Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Leeds (City Centre)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,00 + commission and bonuses (£50k - £60k OTE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sourcing high calibre candidates within your specialist industry, using cutting-edge recruiting software.
* Business development - building relationships with clients in the USA to understand strategic goals and hiring needs.
* Market mapping to understand patterns and trends of employment within your sector.
* Working closely with your team to hit targets and get reach incentives!
