We are now looking for a Head of Brand to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As our Head of Brand, you will lead our brand strategy and storytelling at a pivotal moment in our growth, shaping our profile as a leading youth charity and arts organisation.
Joining the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the CEO and Executive Team to develop a holistic, future-facing brand strategy that drives brand fame, commercial income, audience growth and youth engagement.
Specifically, you will lead high-impact 'tentpole' campaigns, such as the Three Sixty festival, support performing arts programming, and deliver campaigns that extend the reach and diversity of Youth Programmes for 11–30-year-olds.
You will also lead the annual brand and audience strategy, support Senior Marketing Managers in setting objectives and evaluating campaigns, and manage the total annual marketing budget to maximise ROI.
Additionally, you will:
* Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
* Develop always-on campaign strategies that drive ticket sales and event hires
* Build media and influencer partnerships
* Oversee the sourcing and briefing of external creatives in line with brand direction
* Elevate ambition and engagement across owned and social channels
About You
To be considered as our Head of Brand, you will need:
* Extensive experience as a 'brand guardian', with experience developing visual identity rebrands/refreshes and 360 campaigns spanning stills and moving image, either in-house or with agency support
* Experience developing campaigns specifically to engage young and diverse audiences
* Expertise in overseeing creative campaign strategies through to execution, spanning concept development, art direction, creative commissioning and production
* Extensive people leadership experience
* Senior leadership experience
* Experience working on complex cross-organisation projects and managing external stakeholders
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one.
