Job Description Equifind have teamed up with a leading international financial service business who are looking to bring a management accountant into the finance team to help out during a busy period. You’ll jump right in at the deep end to support the team with the monthly reporting and year-end work. There will also be some audit work to assist with. Key duties and responsibilities for this management accountant position include: Preparation of the monthly management accounts for several corporate entities Responsible for the accruals and prepayments Assist with bonus calculations Assist with the upcoming audit and year-end reporting Ensure reconciliations and journal entries are up to date Responsible for all VAT returns in respect of several entities Assist with building a robust controlled framework to ensure reporting is of the highest standard Support with a process system upgrade and any other ad-hoc projects Experience & Qualifications Fully Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Experience of working within real estate investment or private equity Working knowledge of multiple GAAPs Strong excel systems experience. Be a self-starter Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 5 years’ experience in treasury or payments Experience of working within financial services is essential Experience of multi-currency environments Strong management skills Experience of treasury systems would be beneficial – Kyriba would be preferable About the business An international investment bank that is a major player in this field. Daily Rate This exciting opportunity for a treasury manager will pay a daily rate of £350-£500 per day, depending on your background and experience. This is a hybrid role in London which requires 3 days in the office. Duration should be for a minimum of 6 months with a strong possibility of extension. To start in next month ideally, so no more than 4 weeks’ notice.
