Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing channels.
* Oversee content creation including copywriting, visual design, and multimedia production using Adobe Photoshop and other creative tools.
* Optimise website content for SEO and manage WordPress websites to ensure engaging user experiences.
* Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools to inform future strategies.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives, including lead generation and client engagement.
* Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and active engagement with audiences.
* Plan, organise, and oversee projects ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints through effective project management techniques.
* Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
* Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to communicate results to stakeholders.

* Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
* Expertise in SEO optimisation, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT tools relevant to digital marketing.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Strong analysis skills for interpreting data insights to refine marketing strategies effectively.
