Mobile Multi-Trader Rate: £38,000 per annum Van Location: Field-based covering High Wycombe & Bucks Start: ASAP | Duration: Permanent Atkinson Baker Associates are currently recruiting a reliable Mobile Multi-Trader for a well-established Facilities Management Contractor. The Client Our client manages extensive Council and MOD property portfolios across the region. They need versatile tradespeople to deliver rapid-response maintenance across these secure and public sites. The Role We are looking for a Multi-Trader who is happy to tackle varied daily tasks and achieve a "first-time fix". You will be: Responding to reactive maintenance calls across public sector and secure sites. Carrying out minor repairs including basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and painting. Performing minor, non-complex tasks (e.g., swapping out a basic light fitting). Updating the helpdesk upon job completion via a mobile app. Requirements Essential: Demonstrable experience as a Multi-Trader, Handyperson, or Fabric Engineer. Essential: Full UK Driving Licence. Essential: Basic Electrical Safety / Safe Isolation awareness training. Preferred: A core trade qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry or Plumbing). Essential: Eligibility to pass security clearance (BPSS/SC) for site access. What's on Offer £38,000 per annum. Fully expensed Company Van and Fuel Card.
