Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding appropriately to foster community interaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing efforts.
* Analyse social media metrics and insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports on performance and recommendations for improvement.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media management and public relations.
* Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in social media management or public relations, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for content.
