Senior Recruitment Consultant
Based in Liverpool
The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant. If you have been working elsewhere for the last few years and feel that your current manager is too focused on meaningless KPIs and call targets, this role may be the right fit for you. You’ll be able to be seen as a true consultant to your client base, providing valuable solutions by presenting candidates who align with their culture and budget.
Day to Day
This is a 360 role covering Business Development, Account Management and Delivery. You will have a handful of warm accounts to start with, but our culture is one of growth and you will be expected to add new clients to your desk daily. We provide strong tools such as FireFish CRM, SourceWhale and LinkedIn, plus any additional tools you deem necessary. You will have autonomy in your day‑to‑day work, reporting weekly progress every Friday. The role is highly consultative – we want you to add value to clients and build strong candidate networks. You will also have the chance to grow a team beneath you, with progression to leadership encouraged.
