Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high-quality learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework
* Support child-led learning, independence, and communication development
* Act as a key person for a group of children, ensuring their wellbeing and progress
* Observe, assess, and record children's development accurately
* Support outdoor learning and play in all weather conditions
* Provide inclusive support for children with a range of needs
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership teams
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
Requirements
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent
* Experience working within a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, caring, and professional attitude
* Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK
