Key Responsibilities for the Care Assistant Role
* Provide personal care and support to Clients in line with their care plan.
* Assist Clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
* Build positive relationships with Clients and their families, offering empathy and support.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided, changes observed, and ensure ongoing communication with the Field and Office Teams.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to promote a supportive and seamless care delivery.
* Ensure Client dignity and independence are maintained at all times.
Skills and Qualifications Desired
* Previous experience in a care or support role is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations in care settings.
* A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
* Possession of a UK or EU driving licence is required.
* You must be fully flexible with hours of availability including early mornings, evenings and weekends
