Technical Claims Advisor required in Harlow, Essex. Our client is a market leading Company providing an award-winning automotive warranty and insurance products service. In this exciting role as a Technical Claims Advisor you will have the opportunity to make a difference by utilising both your automotive mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to assist their customers in processing warranty claims on numerous portfolios in their business. Details & Benefits of this Technical Claims Advisor role include: Week Hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays worked 9.00am to 1.00pm. Basic Salary up to £30,000 p.a. (depending on experience). 20 days annual leave increasing with length of service (plus Bank Holidays). Enhanced sick pay. Pension contributions 4% employee and 4% employer. Duties/Responsibilities Involved in this Technical Claims Advisor Role: Guiding customers through the relevant warranty claims process. Working with both internal and external customers to resolve issues. Using your ability to balance diplomacy with assertiveness and to negotiate at all levels. Resolving claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, email and online. Understanding our various customers’ requirements and working with them to ensure they are dealt with in a positive and professional manner. Maintain company service levels. Provide professional and friendly service. They would welcome candidates who have a professional track record as a Vehicle Technician along with a strong technical knowledge who are looking to come off the tools into an office based role, also in favour are experienced Service Advisors from within the motor trade.
