Vita Student, Vita Living, House of Social, and Union are seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to provide a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents while ensuring the upkeep of our premium site and facilities at Vita Group in Exeter, United Kingdom. The hourly rate is £13.
Responsibilities include:
* Greeting and welcoming students and guests with a friendly attitude.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of communal areas during night shifts.
* Handling questions, resolving issues, and conducting regular building surveys.
* Replenishing refreshments and managing parcel deliveries.
* Responding to incidents or emergencies onsite.
* Adhering to health and safety regulations in waste management areas.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in customer service, with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
* Technologically adept, with strong organizational and communication skills.
* Cultural sensitivity and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and religious celebrations.
