Director @ New Scaler | I simplify AI, IT solutions, and business tech without drowning in tech jargon and transform ideas into business value
New Scaler is a UK-based consultancy delivering outcome-led AI, cyber security, and secure productivity solutions for SMB and mid-market organisations. We specialise in fixed-scope workshops and accelerators that help clients reduce risk, improve efficiency, and prepare for AI adoption. Our work sits at the intersection of technology, security, and commercial value. We work closely with decision-makers and focus on results, not experimentation for its own sake.
This is a fractional role for a Growth Marketing Manager, working 2-3 days per week, hybrid from Maidenhead or remote within the UK. Your primary responsibility is to drive demand and sales for New Scaler’s paid workshops and accelerators. These are defined, time-bound engagements.
You will own the marketing-to-revenue motion. Your focus is turning clear offers into booked discovery calls and sold workshops. You will work directly with the founder and operate with high autonomy and clear commercial accountability.
