Remote-first (occasional visits to the office in Warwickshire + client sites)
Are you passionate about tech, training, and helping people get the most out of great software?
We’re hiring a Software Trainer for a fast-growing fintech that’s empowering Financial Planning & Investment Management firms with a modern client portal - boosting efficiency, compliance, and client engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the face of the product when it comes to user adoption - leading training, building resources, and helping clients succeed.
* Deliver online and in-person training that makes an impact
* Build engaging training materials (guides, videos, live sessions)
* Tailor training to different users and use cases
* Onboard new clients and train internal teams
* Keep training content aligned with product updates
* Collect feedback + continuously improve delivery
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communicator who builds rapport easily
* Adaptable, proactive, and tech-savvy
Bonus: experience in financial/professional services
Location & Working Setup:
Remote-first, with flexibility. Ideally, you'll visit the office every couple of weeks, plus occasional client travel as needed.
