We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support our growing team by managing client communications, scheduling work, and maintaining accurate survey records across client databases.


Responsibilities

* Contact clients directly to arrange appointments, book works, and confirm scheduling requirements.
* Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure jobs are planned efficiently.
* Input survey data, job updates, and client information accurately onto internal and client databases.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries while providing a professional and helpful service.
* Liaise with surveyors and the laboratory to support smooth job delivery and communication.
* Maintain accurate administrative records, documentation, and reports.
* Support the wider team with general administration duties and workload coordination.


Qualifications

* Previous administration or scheduling experience preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
* Competent IT skills, including experience using databases and Microsoft Office systems.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
