Known for delivering high-quality products and outstanding service, the company is expanding and looking for a team player to provide essential administrative support to the sales function.
The Role

The Sales Support Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales process—managing inboxes, preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling customer queries. You’ll be a vital point of contact both internally and externally, helping ensure the sales team operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the inboxes of one or two sales team members, ensuring prompt and professional responses
* Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately
* Handle inbound emails and phone calls, assisting customers with their queries
* Proactively build customer relationships and follow up on opportunities
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data entry is up to date in the CRM system
* Liaise with internal departments to facilitate a seamless sales process
* Take initiative to resolve queries and support the team with daily operations
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident in handling calls and responding to emails professionally
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is advantageous
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided)
