Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team based in central Leeds\n\nThis is a great opportunity for an individual with experience managing front of house reception duties.\n\nWorking hours are Monday to Friday (phone number removed)pm.\n\nThe role:\n\nMeeting and greeting visitors to reception, offering a warm and professional welcome.\nCoordinating events.\nMaintaining the reception area.\nSetting up meeting rooms, ensuring catering and refreshments are presented to a high standard.\nManaging incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.\nCompleting all health and safety paperwork and procedures.\nLiaising with security and workplace staff for smooth operations.\nReceive training in fire marshal and first aid duties.\nAssisting with ad hoc tasks. Skills and Qualifications\n\nProven ability to deliver high quality customer service.\nExperience in a reception role, ideally within professional services.\nExcellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.\nStrong communication skills.\nHigh level or proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nPositive, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
