The Moses Auto Group is looking for a career-minded, self-starting Business Development Representative.
In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and purchasing options. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs.
The Moses Auto Group has provided 75+ years of service to the state of WV. We are third generation, family-owned and operated. Our goal is to treat employees and customers like they are joining a family when they work here or do business with us.
Business Development Representative Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive Pay; Training wage $15/hour for 30-60 days, $11/hour plus commission after that (Our current reps do not make below $20/hour)
* Flexible Working Hours (40 hours per week. 5 day work week. Some 11am-7pm shifts and Saturdays are required)

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
* Follow up with prospective customers that are interested in our vehicles
* Generate appointments and market to potential customers through phone, text and email
* Connect new customers with appropriate sales team member
* Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
* Log all activity in a database
* Meet and exceed goals
Business Development Representative Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
