We're on the lookout for a commercially-minded Cyber Account Executive to join a fast-growing, nationwide insurance brokerage group with nearly 20 offices across the UK. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about Cyber insurance who wants to make a real impact-without the pressure of building their own book from scratch.
The Role:
* Champion Cyber across the group - Help bring Cyber to life for the branches, many of whom are still new to the product.
* Internal Wholesale & Support - Act as an internal wholesaler, working with Execs across the country to promote and place Cyber business.
* Branch Engagement - Expect to travel regularly to regional offices, building relationships and helping teams hit penetration targets.
* Training & Development - Confidently deliver Cyber training to Account Executives and Account Handlers, simplifying technical concepts and building confidence in Cyber sales.
* Collaborative Broking - Support the Cyber Lead and local teams on more technical risks and placements.
* Target-Driven - Help set and support realistic growth targets, driving increased self-generation of Cyber opportunities.
About You:
* Strong understanding of Cyber insurance - either already specialising or looking to grow in this area.
* Comfortable presenting, training, and simplifying technical language for a range of experience levels.
* Driven, self-sufficient and switched-on - this is a high-impact, fast-paced role.
* Based within reach of Birmingham (ideal), but open to Manchester, Southport or possibly Bristol.
