We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Housing Administrator to support our asbestos surveying operations within the Operational & Technical Services department. This is a full-time, permanent role where we are offering a basic salary of between £26,000 - £28,000. This role is central to the successful delivery of asbestos survey programmes, providing essential coordination between tenants, clients, and surveyors. You will play a key role in arranging access to residential properties, ensuring surveys are scheduled efficiently, accurately, and in line with client requirements.
