Food Production Operative
Location: Drem
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm (36.5 hours per week)
Temp to perm for the right candidate. Own transport required due to rural location; free transport available from certain locations.
Starting pay rate of £13 per hour and weekly wages each Friday from Taskmaster.
Responsibilities
* Produce high‑quality fresh and frozen produce
* Assist with the packing of the product
* Work as part of a team to ensure orders are fulfilled each day
* Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role preferred; full training will be given
* Reference from a previous employer within the last 3 years
* Passion to succeed and develop further with the business
* Excellent attendance
* A can‑do attitude
* Food hygiene certification would be a massive advantage
