Associate / Solicitor - Construction - Bournemouth
Location: Bournemouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (flexible working)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
The Role
* Advising on construction disputes, adjudication, mediation and court proceedings
* Providing strategic advice as disputes arise
* Supporting non contentious construction matters where required
* Working with contractors, developers, landowners and consultants
* Assisting clients with contractual structures and risk management
* Managing your own caseload with close supervision from the Head of Team
* Delivering excellent client service within a collaborative team environment
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE or above)
* Litigation experience from training or post qualification
* Genuine interest in developing a construction specialism
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, motivated approach
* Commitment to excellent client service
* Enjoys working as part of a close knit, supportive team
Previous construction experience is not essential - enthusiasm and litigation exposure are what matter most.
