This is a hands-on Development Technologist role supporting an experienced NPD Manager in a chilled food manufacturing environment. They’re open to less experience if the attitude is right - curiosity, organisation, and a genuine passion for food matter more than ticking every box. The role You’ll support the Development team across the full NPD process, including: Supporting the NPD Manager with day-to-day NPD activity Managing the admin side of the gated NPD process Completing feasibility and compliance checks ahead of weekly meetings Generating nutrition using Nutricalc, reviewing claims and customer policies Preparing customer submissions, tasting packs and documentation Organising and conducting benchmarking activity Carrying out product validation (cook validation, freeze/thaw, shelf life) Supporting factory trials, launches and product sampling Inputting recipes accurately and sourcing raw materials Supporting costings and QAS documentation This is a multi-faceted, development-focused role, ideal for someone who wants to grow.
