This is an interim opportunity ideal for candidates with strong statutory homelessness experience who can hit the ground running.You will lead a team delivering housing advice and homelessness casework, ensuring compliance with legislation, high service standards, and excellent outcomes for residents.Key responsibilitiesLead a frontline housing advice and homelessness service, ensuring statutory duties are metAct as escalation point for complex and high-risk casesProvide day-to-day management, supervision, and coaching to staffInterpret and apply housing and welfare legislation, providing clear case directionMonitor service expenditure, including temporary accommodation and prevention spendChair action-focused, multi-agency case conferencesWork collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment, including internal and external partnersMaintain quality assurance, performance monitoring, and service resilienceAbout youYou will be an experienced housing professional with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of homelessness legislation.
