German, Italian or Arabic Buying Administrator
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum + 10% performance related bonus.

Company Overview
The company is a specialist purchasing hub for heavy industry and manufacturing clients worldwide, sourcing specific components and delivering them globally. Roughly 100 staff are employed, with the head office located in Colchester.
Role Overview
You will support customers in researching engineering spare parts, source those parts, agree on price and delivery, and manage post‑sales administration. Good understanding of technical drawings and procurement processes is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate customer enquiries and understand their needs.
* Research and identify new suppliers across USA, Europe, and Far East.
* Create comprehensive quotations and add finder’s fee.
* Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers.
* Review technical drawings (gaskets, valves, flame arrestors, tank treatment) to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
* Coordinate logistics and liaise with warehouse for deliveries.
* Handle post‑sales buyer administration.
Requirements
* Fluent English; knowledge of German, Arabic or Italian is an advantage.
* Car driver essential.
* Experience in after‑sales admin or buying is required.
* Ability to create complex quotations.
