About The Role
Regional Estates Supervisor
Salary: £37,044 per annum + £3,000 car allowance
The Regional Estates Supervisor will oversee a portfolio of adult and children services within their region, working with the Regional Director to provide excellent environments for those we support. The role involves supporting frontline staff, managing estates issues, and ensuring safety and compliance.
This position is suitable for candidates with experience in property management, facilities management, and healthcare industry background.
Job Responsibilities
1. Supervise Maintenance Technicians in the region
2. Oversee the Infraspeak system for work orders
3. Report on works and planned maintenance
4. Provide escalation support for estates issues
5. Perform building repairs and maintenance within budgets
6. Decorate according to the regional program
7. Follow emergency protocols for critical issues
8. Review and act on fire and water risk assessments
9. Report anomalies to the Group Head of Estates
10. Assist with estate capital expenditure plans
11. Conduct site visits and sign off on works
12. Complete property condition reports
13. Allocate work to technicians and contractors
14. Source contractors for trades required
15. Budget for planned works
16. Audit statutory inspections and checks
17. Manage portal alerts and reports
18. Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies
19. Provide excellent customer service
20. Support service management with estates needs
21. Attend and complete training
22. Participate in on-call rota
