We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our outstanding service in Solihull, rated Outstanding by CQC and with a 10/10 score by Homecare.co.uk.
Salary and Benefits:

The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC and UK legislation, leading staff, maintaining high-quality care, and working with stakeholders. It is suitable for an experienced Care Manager or senior staff aspiring to progress.
Responsibilities include:
* Registering with CQC to enable regulated activity
* Managing daily service operations to promote organisational values and achieve good outcomes
* Supporting staff to deliver excellent care and maintain work-life balance
* Driving innovation for outstanding service quality
* Fostering a positive team culture and supporting staff development
* Collaborating with Recruitment & HR for staffing plans
* Partnering with Learning & Development for staff training and growth
Requirements:
* Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC Standards
* At least two years’ experience as a senior in a domiciliary care setting
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or willingness to attain it
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle
