Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Hours: 40 hours per week (including some weekends)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant food team. You'll be cooking, maintaining high food standards, and delivering great customer experiences that keep visitors coming back for more.

What you'll be doing:
1. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard, following recipes and menus.
2. Ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met.
3. Managing stock levels and assisting with deliveries to keep the kitchen well supplied.
4. Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service.
5. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
6. Supporting menu planning and contributing new ideas to keep the offering fresh and exciting.
The ideal candidate:
7. Proven experience as a chef or cook, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
8. A passion for food, fresh ingredients, and delivering great-tasting meals.
9. Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
11. A team player who thrives in a busy environment and communicates well.
12. Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings as required.
