We are looking for a highly energetic Bartender with bags of energy, a passion for life and the desire to be the best, to join our Food & Beverage team at The Barnsdale, Rutland.
Our 46-bedroom hotel overlooks the beautiful Rutland landscape with a picturesque courtyard, with a kitchen brigade providing fine dining using many ingredients sourced from the wealth of fine produce found in the locality. You will:
* Have at least 1 years' experience in a premium restaurant, or hotel bar.
* Have a huge passion for beverages, including wine, beers, spirits and cocktails.
* Possess great communication and customer service skills.
* Be a team player, supporting your team members across the hotel.
* Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development.
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environments, where demands change frequently.
