Location: Brinkworth, Swindon (Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day at home)
Salary: depending on experience + 28 days holiday (incl. Bank Holidays), branded merchandise, and 4 bags of feed per month

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable marketer to take ownership of campaigns across our key marketing channels—social media, email, events, newsletters, print, Google and Meta ads. You’ll be working alongside a close-knit team of equine specialists, retailers and supported riders to bring the Pure Feed brand to life online and offline.

Your Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Delivery: Build and execute creative, seasonal campaigns that align with our quarterly marketing plans and company goals.
2. Social Media: Develop authentic, engaging content for our platforms (especially Instagram and Facebook), representing both the brand and our ambassador network.
3. Email Marketing: Create and send monthly email newsletters—one tailored to customers, another to trade partners.
4. Paid Advertising: Plan and manage targeted campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to increase visibility and drive conversions.
5. Influencer & Ambassador Engagement: Collaborate with our supported riders on social media and equestrian influencers to amplify reach and brand credibility.
6. Events & Shows: Coordinate and deliver standout brand activations at trade events, sponsorships and key industry shows.
7. Print & Offline: Support production of print materials such as leaflets, product sheets, and trade displays.
8. Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, report results, and continuously optimise for improved ROI.
9. Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, nutrition, and operations to ensure joined-up marketing delivery.
What You’ll Bring
10. A Digital Marketing qualification (apprenticeship, CIM, or equivalent)
11. At least 2 years of experience in a broad marketing role (preferably covering both B2C and B2B)
12. A solid grasp of marketing tools and platforms—Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp (or similar), CRM systems (like Zoho), and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for clear, friendly, and persuasive copy
14. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with good analytical skills
15. Ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines without fuss
16. A genuine interest in the equestrian world and the Pure Feed brand is a big plus
