About the Role
We are seeking experienced Application Support Specialists (3+ years) with a background in supporting ERP, Enterprise Management, WMS, TMS, or similar business software. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping clients leverage technology to transform their operations.
This is a remote-first role, but occasional client site visits are required. For this reason, applicants should live within a commutable distance of Dublin or one of Ireland’s main airports (Dublin, Cork, Shannon).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions on enterprise software functionality
Advise clients on best practices to improve efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with client management teams to plan software rollouts
Partner with developers to test and refine new features
Analyse client issues, propose solutions, and identify value-adding improvements
Provide exceptional ongoing application support
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree
* 3+ years’ experience supporting enterprise / ERP / logistics software
* Strong B2B client management and customer service skills
* Excellent communication & organisational skillsA problem-solver with creativity, attention to detail, and a practical mindset
* Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in the Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight, or Transportation sector
Hands-on knowledge of TMS (Transport Management Systems) or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
