Staff Nurse - Health Visiting

We are seeking motivated Band 5 Staff Nurses for an exciting role within our Health Visiting Teams. Working hours will be full‑time (37.5 hours/week). The post is offered as a two‑year fixed‑term contract in a flexible, hybrid working environment.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within the Health Visiting Team and be supported to apply for the year‑long training for Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification (SCPHN) on the Health Visiting Pathway.
* Work with children and families to improve health and social outcomes in a multi‑agency environment.
* Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility and strong communication skills.
* Contribute to the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
* Support the team through induction, supervision and continuous professional development.
Applicants should be degree‑level nurses with a good communication skill set, computer literacy and the ability to travel independently across the locality with access to a suitable vehicle.

Education/Qualifications
* Degree in Nursing
* Current NMC Registration
* 120 CAT points at Level 6
* Evidence of recent study
