Role: Account Manager
Department/Team: Paid Social
Role Objective:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager for our Paid Social team. The successful candidate will manage an Account Executive and collaborate closely with the Account Director to deliver exceptional client service and campaign performance. This role involves client management, campaign execution, strategic planning, and team development, with a primary focus on the Retail industry.
About the role
Client Management:
* Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned retail clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
* Develop strong client relationships and understand their business objectives to drive effective paid social strategies.
* Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Campaign Activation and Planning:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).
* Collaborate with the Account Director to develop media plans, budgets, and timelines to meet client goals.
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaigns, adhering to client specifications and industry best practices.
Team Management and Development:
* Manage and mentor a Senior Account Executive, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
* Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with the Senior Account Executive.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate detailed reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend actionable strategies to improve campaign results.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution.
Collaboration and Leadership:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, etc.) to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
* Support the Account Director in strategic planning and business development efforts.
* Contribute to a positive team culture and lead by example in delivering high-quality work.
About you
* A proven track record of managing successful campaigns with examples.
* Strong expertise in paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) and tools.
* Excellent client management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience with retail clients, specifically in the clothing and homeware sectors, is a plus.
