Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and third-party suppliers, you will help design and implement technology solutions that enhance business performance, improve user experience, and support strategic objectives. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, ensuring that IT services are aligned with operational needs while supporting business transformation, change initiatives, and continuous improvement. This is a varied role where you will combine technical understanding, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving expertise to deliver real value across the organisation. What You'll Be Doing - Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities - Identify opportunities to improve IT relationship maturity and service delivery across the organisation - Support the design, implementation, and adoption of technology solutions - Collaborate with project teams on communication, documentation, training, and change planning - Provide expert support for escalations, incident resolution, and service improvement initiatives - Produce and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation - Support change management activities to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and processes - Analyse business processes, data, and information requirements to recommend effective solutions - Deliver user training and guidance to maximise adoption and capability - Work collaboratively across UK sites and with global Safran teams on transversal projects What You'll Bring - Proven ability to manage and prioritise stakeholder expectations at all levels, including senior leadership - Strong experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Good working knowledge of data extraction, data modelling, and reporting techniques - Solid understanding of networks, servers, client technologies, and enterprise IT systems - Experience supporting IT service delivery, incident management, and change management processes - Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - A collaborative approach with the ability to work across technical and business teams Desirable - Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace environment - Knowledge of ITIL principles or service management frameworks - Experience working in a multi-site or international organisation
