Overview

People And Culture Experience Officer

Hours: 3/4 days per week (21.75 hours)

Location: Multiple sites

Salary: £18,144 - £19,207.80 (Pro rata) - £30,204.00 - £32,013 (FTE)

We’re thrilled to share that our HR function is evolving into the newly established People and Culture Department. This transformation reflects our dedication to a vibrant, inclusive, and people-first organisation. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated People and Culture Experience Officer to join the team to support this transformation.


About The Role

As a People Experience Officer, you will promote the “TSCG Deal for Colleagues” and support an impactful colleague lifecycle. You will assist the People Experience Manager with onboarding new colleagues, ensuring the best induction process and support, coordinating events, and celebrating achievements. Your efforts will help create a workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist in implementing an annual calendar of events for a diverse workforce.
* Organise events and initiatives to promote EDIB, health & wellbeing, colleague recognition, and engagement.
* Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue management, caterers, and equipment hire.
* Work with the marketing team to create content for event promotion.
* Support the delivery of a professional and effective new colleague induction and orientation process.
* Provide advice and guidance to managers on colleague induction and probation processes.
* Administer colleague voice surveys and analyse data to improve engagement and retention.
* Support the implementation and growth of employee networks to foster a sense of community.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives on colleague engagement and retention, and develop innovative solutions to continually increase colleague satisfaction.

Qualifications

* CIPD Level 5 qualification or substantial equivalent HR experience.
* Knowledge of current trends in People and Culture initiatives.
* Experience in organising and facilitating events.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
